With over 20 years' experience in diverse sectors, she coaches leaders, teams and organizations around the world, helping them navigate complex environments of cultural and organizational change with creativity, empathy and precision.

Kathryn began her career at Nespresso, where she created and managed the Nespresso Academy, developing innovative training initiatives to support the brand's dynamic growth in retail. She then held the position of Training and Development Director at Nestlé France, where she piloted strategic skills development programs across the company. These experiences solidified her expertise in leadership, cultural transformation and organizational development.

As founder of The Change Gallery, Kathryn brings a unique blend of strategic vision, cultural understanding and human empowerment to her consulting and business transformation activities. Her work extends nationally and internationally, through masterclasses, bespoke training courses and interventions in business schools and major corporations. A sought-after speaker, she captivates audiences worldwide with innovative ideas on the transformative power of art and creativity in leadership and everyday life.

Kathryn also runs the HEC Paris online program, "The Leader as Coach", an innovative training program that equips leaders with professional coaching techniques to enhance their impact. She is also involved in executive training, designing tailor-made programs, particularly in cultural change management, and accompanies HEC students as a coach and mentor to help them gain in confidence and success. She is also a board member of The Change Leaders, the HEC alumni organization specializing in transformation, demonstrating her commitment to positive impact in organizations.

Kathryn holds a Master's degree with distinction from HEC Paris and Oxford University. A certified executive coach, she has expertise in creative co-development, using group coaching techniques to stimulate leadership and innovation.
